I’ve been making jerky since 2010.

In 2015, I was asked to make a taco for a charity taco cook-off. That's when I formulated my beef jerky taco using unique spices, flavors & techniques... and I won. I came back the following year and won again with my latest creation, my chicken bog taco.

Breakfast, however, is my favorite meal to cook. I’ve been doing that my whole life. So, when I was given the opportunity for this restaurant I was able to incorporate everything I have been creating for most of my life.

I've been singing the national anthem professionally since 1993 for professional & collegiate sports organizations, government entities, and many charitable organizations.

I have won championships for brewing beer, a dad bod pageant, band performances, karaoke performances, and was even once Myrtle Beach’s male vocalist of the year. I am also a former co-host for the Mad Max morning show.

In the future, I hope to create a non-profit that will allow us to feed people after major weather events, such as hurricanes.
